No. There is no booking system. Walk into the office during opening hours, or call us first if you want to check that we can help with your destination before travelling in.
Your passport, your UK residence document or visa (if applicable), your last three months of bank statements and, if you are employed, a recent payslip. If you do not have everything yet, come anyway and we will write you a checklist.
No honest agency can — the decision belongs to the consulate. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and presented the way that consulate expects, which is where most refusals come from.
Many consulates want to see a confirmed itinerary, so we usually recommend a refundable or flexible fare until the visa is stamped. We will explain the exact cost difference before you decide.
